Our leaders are elected and appointed Sakerettes who dedicate their time, expertise, and passion to strengthening the worldwide alumni community.

Leadership Structure
They provide strategic direction, oversee international programs, support regional chapters, and ensure that every initiative reflects the values of sisterhood, integrity, and excellence.
- Global President: Provides overall leadership and represents EXSSA Global internationally. The president champions the association’s vision, leads strategic initiatives, and strengthens relationships with chapters and partners worldwide.
- Vice President: Supports the President, coordinates international programs, and ensures effective collaboration between regional and national chapters.
- Secretary General: Manages governance, official communications, meeting records, and organizational documentation while maintaining transparency across the association.
- Treasurer: Oversees financial stewardship, budgeting, fundraising accountability, and responsible management of EXSSA Global resources.
- Regional & Chapter Leaders: Lead local chapters across different countries and regions, organize community activities, recruit members, and implement EXSSA Global initiatives at the grassroots level.
